1. How do I join the Smyth & Jones Loyalty Program?
Joining is effortless. Simply create an account at checkout or on our website, and you’ll be automatically enrolled. There are no fees and no extra steps.
2. How do I earn points?
Answer ContentYou earn points every time you shop with Smyth & Jones.
- For every $100 / €100 spent (excluding tax and shipping), you’ll collect 50 points.
- Points accumulate with each order and can be applied toward discounts on future purchases.
3. What are the loyalty tiers?
Points are released in tiers, based on your order value:
- Spend $250 / €250 → unlock 125 points
- Spend $500 / €500 → unlock 250 points
- Spend $1,000 / €1,000 → unlock 500 points
- Spend $2,500 / €2,500 → unlock 1,250 points
- Spend $5,000 / €5,000 → unlock 2,500 points
4. How do I redeem my points?
- Points can be redeemed starting with your second order (they do not apply to your first purchase).
- Points are equivalent to a 5% discount off eligible orders.
- Points must reach one of the tiers above before they can be applied.
(Note: points never equal more than 5% off — they don’t “stack up” to 10% or more.)
5. Do loyalty discounts stack with other promotions?
Yes. Loyalty rewards may be combined with select promotions, which will be announced individually at the time of each campaign.
6. Do my points expire?
No. Points remain valid indefinitely as long as your Smyth & Jones account is active.
7. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are non-transferable and are tied to your Smyth & Jones account.
8. Can I use my points on any item?
Yes. Points can be applied to all Smyth & Jones products, whether Quick Ship or Made to Order, with the following exception:
- The 5% courtesy discount does not apply to custom projects.
9. How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your Smyth & Jones account and visit the Loyalty Dashboard. Your current balance and available rewards will be displayed there.
10. What happens if I return an item?
- If you return an order for a refund, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
- If you redeemed points on the order, those points will be re-credited to your account once the return is processed.
11. Are there any special perks for Made to Order items?
Yes. Choosing a Made to Order piece supports sustainable, small-batch production. As a thank you, you’ll receive:
- Double loyalty points on Made to Order purchases
- 5% courtesy discount, applied automatically at checkout
(Note: the courtesy discount does not apply to custom projects outside the catalog.)
